Snowed in together again today!! The snow days this year have provided mommy & Z with lots of extra bonding time :). Today he found a pacifier and thought he'd play pretend.

326. Happy 11 Months!
These are our attempts at taking the 11 month photo in our go to spot and it just keeps getting more interesting to take a picture that isn't a blue for one reason or another :)
Happy 11 months to our dear baby boy. Every day you are more curious and more grown up. It is amazing to watch you play and explore. You love your sippy cup! Mommy thinks it makes you feel like a big boy. Your car seat is now front facing and it's so cool to be able to turn around quickly and give you a smile. You have five teeth now - I believe that may have been the stat last month too. You give so many hugs and it melts our hearts! You are waking now, which is an incredible and beautiful thing to watch...you are our little buddy and best friend and we look forward to each new day with you.

313. Meltdown Morning
February 26th...
Every morning is like a dance with new choreography...somehow we get out of the door and are usually on time to daycare and work LARGELY due to the fact that breakfast at daycare starts around 8am.
Depending on how long Zander slept coupled with when he had his morning bottle and how long he is awake and playing before we leave, some days he is just spent (tired and hungry) by the time we get out of the door...the floor behavior is something new around here - not exactly sure what to call it...this particular morning my poor baby was crawling after me from the mud room back to the kitchen after I put on his coat and had to go back to get my purse. It's SO sad and somehow so cute - please don't judge that I took pictures instead of immediately picking him up :)

309. Happy 10 Months (a few days late)
Post from February 17th...
It's like at ten months our baby immediately turned into a little person. We know that there is so much more still to come, but this guy is more and more independent every day. From holding his own bottle at times, to feeding himself, to standing up on his own all of the time...the changes are amazing, stressful, and fun all at the same time.
Zander still loves his bath and now he loves to stand up in the bathtub all of the time. Bath time is a constant game of up and down, startling falls on the bottom, splashing and sliding and scaring mommy and daddy.
Zander is eating just about everything - at this point there isn't much we haven't let him try other than peanut butter! He loves his yogurt, Cheerios, water from his sippy cup, green beans, Peppermint Patty's and the list goes on.
Zander's favorite word is "uh-oh" and dad! Every now and then we hear a mum, which is usually at times of duress (on his part) - I mean, he likely is not sure of who we are exactly, but his timing is on when it comes to our names :).
Little Wubba is loving some "Mickey Mouse Club House" and especially the "Hot Dog" song. We listen to it loop on repeat! Our playlist is ever growing and expanding - our guy loves music and his tunes and they immediately comfort our baby. He dances by swaying back and forth and I swear it is the cutest thing ever.
We are so blessed to have been given the opportunity to be his parents...every day is different and ever changing. We love you Zander. More than words :)
