The saying "time flies when you are having fun" must have originated with parents watching their children grow up. We literally can't believe you are 7 months old...
You are growing ever so curious and reach out for everything. As we walk through the house holding you, it is guaranteed that a little arm will be sticking out to the side just trying to touch everything that we walk by. Or you lean down, which makes it extremely interesting to try to hold you when 25 lbs is puilling in the opposite direction. You are now grabbing for toys, etc with two hands and often times end up with something in each hand...you switch back and forth, not knowing what needs more of your focus; this is especially present at bath time with one hand holding the washcloth and the other holding one of your bath toys. You like to watch the dogs and will sit there and just laugh when Bailee is playing fetch or you will reach out to pet Chewy when he stands beside your high chair. You giggle when we play itsy bitsy spider, peek a book, love to be tickled and tossed gently up in the air.
Everything, everything, everything goes to your mouth for exploration. You still love my phone, the TV remote, paper, and Ziploc bags more than any toy in the house. You love to sit and play for the longest stretches of time and you clap your sweet little hands and grin or stare at them in amazement and you try to clap harder and harder. Mommy and daddy always say "yaaaaay" to you every time we see you clapping. We have tried puffs and you are not the biggest fan yet. You do love the teething net with some grapes. Daddy make sure he hooks you up by removing the peels :) You move all over on your belly and spin circles in your crib. The new thing is to place your little head in between the bars and grab onto them looking out like you are in jail. It's so cute! You have started to push up off of your belly and will rock back and forth - this only lasts for a few seconds...
You are such a happy boy and simply the light of our world...we love you Wubba! Happy 7 months baby boy.
