151. Today I am 5 months old!

Today our sweet boy turned 5 months old.  It's crazy how quickly time seems to pass.  This morning Zander slept until 751am!  We were almost late to daycare breakfast.  Special things to note about his 5 month birthday...he loves his daddy so much!  They have the best time playing together.  Brad knows exactly how to make our little guy crack up.  Zander reaches for everything and especially enjoys pulling mommy's hair - clips and pony tails are my new bff.  He now sleeps on his tummy every night, which is amazing considering how much he once (and not too long ago) did not enjoy tummy time at all.  Z does a great job eating solids and is a big fan of sweet potatoes and pears.  Oh and his hands down favorite things are his feet :)

We spent the evening having a wonderful dinner with friends and we got home a little later, so being that momma was tired, I decided Zander could just sleep with us.  As he was laying between us on his tummy, he would lift up his head and just smile at us and then lay his head back down again...this went on for quite some time.  I had to try to snap a picture & of course the flash was blinding...just wanted to capture the moment and soak it in.

PS- I almost forgot!  This is your favorite song...according to mommy.  We began listening to this tune several months back.  We would dance around the kitchen in the evenings with you in the Bjorn and also play this at bath time.  You now get the biggest grin when it comes on and will move your little arm up and down and bounce in excitement as we sing along.
